Product Developer Outerwear
Madex SRL, a young and dynamic Outerwear&Sportswear manufacturing company, is looking for an employee for the position of Product Developer at its Italian headquarters in Padua. Required characteristics for the position include proficiency in written and spoken English, at least 4/5 years of experience as a Product Developer in the outerwear sector, good teamwork skills, punctuality, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
Support for Italian and international clients during the product/collection development phase
Qualifications
- At least 4/5 years of experience as a Product Developer in the outerwear sector
- Written and spoken English proficiency
The responsibilities of the position include
- Researching and proposing fabrics and accessories
- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad for potential customer visits for fitting sessions
- Availability to attend trade fairs in Italy and abroad
- Compilation of the basic list (prototyping, sampling, production)
- Compilation of the prototype technical sheet
- Coordination with the pattern-making office and prototype department for product development
