Customer Service Specialist
Madex SRL, a young and dynamic company specializing in outerwear and sportswear production, is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join its Italian headquarters in Padua. We are seeking an experienced professional capable of managing structured clients and confidently navigating both commercial needs and production constraints.

Contract and additional information
We are looking for a full-time professional for a maternity cover position, located within a 20 km radius of our offices in Noventa (PD).
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end order management (from confirmation to delivery)
- Daily interaction with international brands
- Cross-functional coordination with production in Vietnam and the Product team
- Monitoring progress between client requests and production feasibility
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service within the fashion / textile / manufacturing sector
- Fluent English (used daily); a second language is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and company management systems
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work in teams and dynamic environments
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Plus: experience in international supply chains and/or knowledge of costing / pricing
This is not a standard customer service role: it is a central position that requires speed, responsibility, and the ability to manage complexity within an ever-evolving fashion environment.
